Danielle Anne Louise Gooding, known professionally as Flava D, is a British DJ and music producer from Birmingham. Influenced by early UK garage releases during her childhood in Bournemouth, she began producing music on Ableton while working in a record shop at age 14. Gooding started her career uploading grime and hip-hop tracks online. In 2008, she collaborated with Wiley after messaging him on Myspace, leading to notable releases. Her track "Hold On" caught the attention of Butterz record label owners Elijah and Skilliam, who signed her for her first official release "Hold On/Home" in 2011. This led to regular radio airplay on stations like Rinse FM and Kiss FM. Flava D released her debut album More Love in 2015, followed by a sequel More Love 2 in January 2018. In February 2020, she signed to Hospital Records. She also frequently collaborates with Royal-T and DJ Q under the name TQD.
