Biography
Lyon-based pop and rock band Fake Oddity is part of the uninhibited generation of French rock, capable of competing with any foreign band. The quartet was formed in 2002, and was able to release its first album in 2005 with Pinkstrasse. Fake Oddity's initial pop sound evolved in 2008 with Run Fast , moving towards seventies rock and psychedelic rock. Fake Oddity then embarked on their first nationwide tour, sharing the stage with the likes of Karkwa and Stuck in the Sound. Rich in diverse inspirations, in 2012 Fake Oddity offers a more acoustic and folk side with French Beauté.
