Biography

A vocal jazz group founded in 1959 by Mimi Perrin, the Double Six succeeded in making the French language swing. Their success was considerable, and their prestigious collaborations with the likes of Dizzy Gillespie, Quincy Jones and Bud Powell resulted in recordings all the more memorable for their short-lived existence.
