DJ Plaga (born Alan Gabriel Machuca, March 30, 2001) is an Argentine DJ/producer who built an RKT–reggaetón crossover sound from early DIY drops to official DSP releases and regional collaborations. He first surfaced on streaming in 2021–2022 with club-leaning cuts—among them “Yendo No, Llegando” (with DT.Bilardo, 2021) and “Ulalá” (2022)—establishing chopped-vocal hooks and mid-tempo, hard-grooving drums as his signature. Through 2022–2024 he widened his network across Argentina and Chile, issuing perreo-focused tracks like “Perreo Plaga” with Marcianeke and El BAI, and a run of collaborations with Benji Gramitos including “Uste & Yo,” “Tu Allá, Yo Acá,” “Solo un Besito,” and “Te Enamoraste,” which circulated on playlists and short-form video. In 2025 he accelerated his release pace with singles such as “Tan Apretando,” “Siempre Lo Mismo,” and “Adriano en la Favela,” while behind-the-scenes clips documented studio work with peers in the scene. His breakout moment arrived with “PERREO TH 7,” a team-up with Mamiyosoyelth released on September 18, 2025; supported by an official video rollout, the track quickly became a calling card across streaming platforms, pushing him into club rotations beyond Buenos Aires.
