Biography

Born Bernardo Soares da Rosa in the Restinga Velha neighborhood of Porto Alegre (Rio Grande do Sul), Boladin 211 began building a following from Brazil’s South with street-level storytelling that soon migrated to major platforms. After early uploads, his first widely circulating releases arrived in 2023, including the club-minded “Vamo Sambar Lindona” with DJ Neeh and DJ Yago and the swaggering “Palinha da de 30” with DJ Neeh, records that positioned him within the contemporary baile funk wave while flagging his Southern roots. Momentum accelerated through 2024 as he dropped a run of singles—among them the street anthem “Traje do Colorado” with DJ Neeh, the viral-leaning “Penélope Charmosa 2,” and the galloping “Deixa o Cavalo Correr”—and expanded his profile through features such as “Fuzil de Luneta” (with EO GM & FL Sem Estresse), and “Ela Tem 17.” The inflection point came on June 3, 2025 with OQCSENTE, a seven-track project licensed via Kave Audiovisual to Warner Music Brazil; its concise set—“Saudade da Rua,” “Longe de Casa,” “A Bebê quer beber,” “Cpx é mídia,” “Bandida com Bandido Combina,” “Coração Não Muda,” and the title track—crystallized his gritty melodies and clipped cadences into a cohesive, front-to-back listen aimed at both charts and baile sound systems.
