Die Aeronauten, a Swiss rock band from Schaffhausen, was formed in 1991. They gained attention with their debut album 1:72 (1993), followed by Gegen alles (1995), Jetzt Musik (1997), and Honolulu (1998). The band's guitarist and vocalist, Oliver Maurmann, known as Guz, also had a solo career. Guz passed away in January 2020. Die Aeronauten released their album, Neun Extraleben, in 2020, which reached number 68 on the Swiss charts.
