Biography
Known as Jay Delmore and Delmore, Joshua Samuel Delmore is an independent rapper, songwriter and producer born in Stamford, Connecticut. He grew up in Redding and joined the percussion section of his high school orchestra, while taking guitar lessons. He turned to rap, which he experimented with in his own way, exploiting its various facets on the albums Black Mirror (2017) and New Scene (2019). A freelance sound engineer and stage manager, he worked in clubs before moving successively to Miami and Hollywood, where he continued to produce tracks on the underground circuit. Several singles anticipate the release of his third album Take Time (2026), exposed on platforms thanks to the success of its title track, which reaches the UK charts (no. 32 in singles sales and no. 30 in downloads).
