Deise Rosa de Almeida, born on September 8, 1974, in Brazil, is a Brazilian singer and songwriter. Raised in a Christian family, Deise began her musical journey at age 11 by singing in the choir of the Baptist Church of Brasilândia in São Paulo. In 2005, she released her debut album Tuas Promessas, recorded independently with guitarist Tim Mendes. Her second album, Viver Pela Fé (2010), also recorded at Tim Mendes' studio, received critical acclaim and was highly praised. The subsequent tour for Viver Pela Fé reached numerous cities across the state of São Paulo, drawing large audiences.
