Biography

Daylotus is a Korean visual rock band formed in July 2020 by TOA and Ankimo. The group consists of five members: TOA (vocals), Ankimo (vocals and producer), Tari (guitar), Tora (bass), and Yoon (drums). Known for their heavy makeup and elaborate costumes, they embody the visual rock style. TOA has previously been active as a visual rock vocalist in Korea, Japan, and Taiwan, while Ankimo has been active in Korea and Japan, giving the band a broad fanbase across these countries. In August 2021, a year after formation, they released their EP DADAISM, followed by three singles in 2022, including "HYPE" and "MONSTER." After releasing their first full album NEW KING in 2024, they returned after 19 months in October 2025 with the single "SURA," which debuted at number 3 on Melonâs Top 500 chart on the day of its release, October 7.
