Biography

Day2 is a five-member in-game unit from the smartphone game 18TRIP, developed and operated by Liber Entertainment. Known as the “day shift” group, Day2 represents HAMA Wards 5 through 9 and is formed by second-year students attending Hama Asunaro High School, the largest high school in the HAMA area. The members—Akuta Igaratake, Kirihara Kinawa, Nanaki Shaki, Munenori Teruya, and Ushio Kurama—are depicted as active high schoolers who belong to the school’s Regional Revitalization Club. Within the game’s storyline, they work to help rebuild HAMA’s tourism appeal, combining youthful energy with civic ambition. Their unit logo, featuring a sundial, symbolizes their daytime identity and optimistic outlook. As part of 18TRIP’s character-driven multimedia approach, Day2 performs original songs tied to the narrative. The release "18TRIP Bachiboko Seisyun vibes"(2026) captures the group’s spirited concept, emphasizing themes of friendship, ambition, and vibrant youth culture.
