Biography

CRCK/LCKS is a Japanese pop band formed in 2015 by Ryo Konishi (saxophone, vocoder, keyboard), Tomomi Oda (vocals, keyboard), Me Inoue (guitar), Toshikazu Ochi (bass), and Shun Ishiwaka (drums). The group was initiated after Oda and Konishi were invited by director Jun Abe to perform at an event hosted by Kikuji (Narikō) in May 2015, leading to their first live performances in June of the same year at Tokyo clubs. Their debut EP CRCK/LCKS was released on 20 April 2016, followed by a tour in June that year. The band continued with the second EP Lighter on 5 July 2017, accompanied by a release tour in September and a performance at SUMMER SONIC 2017. In July 2018, they released the third EP, Double Rift, with a release concert on 15 July and a tour across Kyoto, Nagoya, Osaka, and Tokyo. Their first full‑length album, Temporary, arrived on 16 October 2019, with a release party and tour spanning Kyoto, Okayama, Nagoya, Osaka, and Tokyo. The EP, Sousou, was released on 5 April 2023 and the forthcoming album Manimani, including the track "TINY MIRROR", was released on 15 October 2025.
