Emma Clara Idun KlingenstrÃ¶m (February 21, 1995), or simply Clara KlingestrÃ¶m, is a Swedish singer-songwriter from Visby. Born in a music-loving household, she started singing from a very early age, taking part in her first competition at the age of 9. In 2010, she ended up in the Top 100 in an online contest to participate in the Melodifestivalen 2011 with the song âMr. Lonely Man.â In the following years, Clara KlingenstrÃ¶m won P4 Gotlandâs P4 Next contest with the track âIt Makes Me Crazyâ in 2012 and secured a triumph at Gotlandâs Musik Direkt competition in 2015. Her official debut single âEnsam i en stadâ arrived in the spring of 2019 and so did the song âEngelbrekts vÃ¤g.â A year later, she dropped the singles âSthlm, allt Ã¤r fÃ¶rlorat,â â Sommarminnen,â and âSÃ¥ slut.â With her popularity on the rise, she reached the finals of the Melodifestivalen 2021 with the song âBehÃ¶ver inte dig idag,â which she wrote with Bobby Ljunggren and David Lindgren Zacharias and was later released a single, reaching Number 31 on the Swedish charts.
