Chris Duncan, born in Australia, is a Scottish fiddle player known for his contributions to traditional folk music. His career began with the release of "Fyvies Embrace - The Golden Age of the Scottish Fiddle" in September 1999 under ABC Classics. This album won the ARIA Award for Best World Music Album in 2000, marking a significant milestone in his career.
