Chloe Elizabeth Bailey (July 1, 1998), professionally known as Chlöe, is an American singer-songwriter, actress, and producer who rose to fame as one half of the R&B duo Chloe x Halle. Born in Mableton, Georgia, she started playing music at a very young age and would later gain online notoriety after she and her sister Halle began uploading covers of pop songs to their video-streaming channel. Soon after, the pair were discovered by Beyoncé and signed a record deal with the singer's Parkwood Entertainment label, releasing a series of critically acclaimed EPs and two studio albums under the Chloe x Halle moniker. In 2021, Chlöe kicked off her solo career with the Murda Beatz-produced single "Have Mercy," which went straight to Number 28 on the Billboard Hot 100. A second single titled "Treat Me" appeared in 2022 and peaked at Number 81 in the US and Number 19 in New Zealand.
