CHASHKAKEFIRA is a Ukrainian phonk producer from Poltava who emerged in 2023 with drift- and Brazilian-leaning tracks that began to spread across short-form video platforms and DSPs, notably “Ukrainian Cossack Phonk” and “OIA OIA,” both accompanied by slowed versions to feed the genre’s remix culture. The following year he solidified his presence through a close partnership with DJ PXRPLE, releasing the single “COLLAR!” and the collaborative RELIQUE EP with DJ Y.H.R, while also experimenting with Brazilian phonk formulas on “JERELO.” Alongside these projects, he delivered stand-alone tracks such as “DOMAIN,” “BARRETE!,” and “PERPETUAL,” refining his style built on heavy 808s, clipped cowbells, and chopped vocal samples. In 2025 CHASHKAKEFIRA shifted into a prolific release pace with EPs like Montagem Sola, VEM CA, VEM DANCAR, Montagem Favela, ESTOU LIVRE, and Montagem Cantando, often paired with slowed and sped-up edits that gained traction on global playlists. He also expanded collaborations, joining Jmilton on the phonk track “Reinado” and continuing to work with DJ PXRPLE on singles and remixes, while maintaining a distinctly Brazilian funk–oriented identity rooted in his FL Studio production workflow.
