Butter Knife Shawty is the recording name of Antonio Harris, an Atlanta-area artist and barbecue entrepreneur from Georgia. Born at Grady Hospital and raised in Decatur, also known as Scottdale, he spent much of his teenage years in Rockdale County, where his interests in music and barbecue developed alongside each other. His official biography connects his early music background to Atlanta’s hip-hop culture, while his BBQ business traces back to a passion for cooking that began in Rockdale County. After emerging with 2024 releases including Black Cowboy, Childhood Trauma, “F#€K That Whiskey,” “The Game,” and “Type of Love,” he expanded his catalog in 2025 with Black Cowboy PT2, Nothing Personal, Just Pain, “Meds,” “Next Guy,” and “Butter Love.” He became especially prolific in 2026, issuing projects such as Time & Sex, Ain’t No Friends In This Shit, Me And My Pen, Full Circle - Week One, Same Shit After Dark, and Shawty Got the Blues. The latter highlighted his blues and country-soul direction and peaked at number 14 on the Billboard Top Blues Albums chart. He continued that run with 2026 singles including “Mama Made a Man (On My Own),” “Whiskey Don’t Judge,” and “Cheating On Me.”
