Biography

It's a funny idea to call a pure rock band Jamaica, but the ex-Poney Poney don't stop at this detail. Produced by Xavier de Rosnay, best known for his work with Justice, debut album No Problem is on a par with good English-language alternative rock productions. Ambitious, Jamaica embarked on a marathon tour on August 27, 2010, taking the band from Europe to the United States. Four years later, the release of second album Ventura, supported by the single "Jericho", confirms Jamaica's international dimension.
