Babymonster An, born éé
馨 on 13 May 1996 in Chongqing, China, is a Chinese singer and dancer who began learning dance at age two and later studied ethnic folk dance at Guangxi Arts Institute before leaving university to join an entertainment company. She debuted publicly in 2018 when the group Hickeyå祺 performed the single "沦é·" on the music show ç±ä½ é³ä¹æ¦, marking her first stage appearance. In 2020, she competed in the variety show éæ¥æä½ 2, finishing sixth with 4,488,806 votes and becoming the leader of the project girl group THE9 under Jiangxing Entertainment; the group disbanded on 5 December 2021, after which she launched a solo career. Babymonster Anâs first solo release was the EP Becoming Pt.1 on 7 March 2023. Some of her singles are"å¦æåè§" (2021), "Fire" (2022), "ä¸å®ç¾å¥³ç" (2024), and "SHEâS BACK" (2025).
