Babylove & the Van Dangos, a Danish ska band, was formed in 2004 in Copenhagen. Their debut album Run Run Rudie was released on Lovers Choice Records in 2005 and reissued by Megalith Records in the US in 2006. The band's second album, Lovers Choice, followed in 2008 on multiple labels including Megalith, Mad Butcher, and Gateway Music, while their third album, The Money & the Time, was released in 2011 on Lovers Choice and Jump Up Records. In April 2012, they released their fourth album, Let It Come, Let It Go on Pork Pie, followed by On My Life in 2015. Babylove & the Van Dangos are known for their blend of ska, reggae, and rocksteady, influenced by blues, doo-wop, and soul. They have performed over 130 concerts worldwide across 11 countries, including the Roskilde Festival. Notable collaborations also include work with artists such as Coolie Ranx from The Toasters and Doreen Shaffer.
