Biography

Ashley George Hamilton, born 30 September 1974 in Los Angeles, California, is an American singer, actor, and comedian. After early exposure to the entertainment industry as the son of actors George Hamilton and Alana Stewart, Ashley George Hamilton entered the public eye through acting roles, but his first major breakthrough came in 2003 with the single "Wimmin" which reached number 27 on the UK Singles Chart. The track was co‑written with British artist Robbie Williams, who also contributed backing vocals. He continued to collaborate with Robbie Williams, co‑authoring the 2003 single "Come Undone" and claiming involvement in the 2006 track "She's Madonna". Throughout the 2000s, Hamilton maintained a dual career, performing stand‑up comedy in Los Angeles venues such as the Hollywood Improv and The Comedy Store, while also appearing in films and television series, including Iron Man 3 (2013). His music career, though modest compared to his acting, is marked by charting singles and notable songwriting credits, reflecting a multifaceted contribution to contemporary pop‑rock culture.
