Biography
Ashatree is a South Korean female duo composed of Moon Jiwon and Bang Taeyeon, officially debuting on May 14, 2022, with the single "Your Energy". Prior to their debut, they collaborated with other artists on the single "Our Christmas Fairytale" in 2021. Known for their emotive K-ballad style, Ashatree steadily gained recognition through consistent releases such as "Forest" (2022), "Plea" (2023), "HOW MUCH" (2024), and "Sending Signals to the Star Called You" (2025). The duo also appeared on Sing Again 3 in 2023, passing the first round with an âAll Againâ but being eliminated in the second round, later participating in the Listen Again concert featuring fellow contestants. Their popularity grew further in 2025 when their rendition of Buzzâs "MY LOVE", performed with Lee Yeeun and Jeon Gunho, charted highly, solidifying Ashatreeâs presence in the K-ballad scene.
