Biography
Ariaz is a South Korean girl group formed by Rising Star Entertainment. Initially known as Empire Girls, the group appeared in a three-episode variety show titled Empire Girls at the MT, which aired before their debut. Rebranding as Ariaz, they released various teasers leading up to the EP's release, and on October 24, 2019, Grand Opera was launched along with its lead single, "Moonlight Aria." The EP reached number 33 on the charts which was followed by a debut showcase at Ilji Art Hall in Gangnam, Seoul. On June 26, 2021, Ariaz released a new digital single, "I Like You," a remake of Jewelry's hit single, "I Really Like You." On September 30, 2021, they released another digital single, "Hot & Cold (2021)," though it failed to chart and the group disbanded on April 10, 2022.
