Biography
Annabel, born on March 18, 1984, in Japan, is a singer known for her work in J-pop and pop music. Her musical career began in 2005, but it was not until 2007 that she gained significant attention as part of the duo anNina with Bermei.inazawa, performing ending themes for the anime series Higurashi When They Cry. Annabel's solo career started in 2009 with the release of "My Heaven", which served as the ending theme for the anime television series CANAAN. This marked a turning point, leading to her involvement in numerous anime theme songs. Her first solo single was "Anamnesis" (released on February 8, 2012), used as the ending theme for the anime series Another. Following this, she released several notable singles, including "Above Your Hand" and "Signal Graph", which were used in the anime series Sankarea and Love, Elections & Chocolate, respectively. Annabel's debut solo album, Miniascape, was released on November 28, 2012. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with various artists and formed bands such as siraph with Masayuki Hasuo, Masaaki Yamasaki, and Yoshimasa Terui. Her work includes theme songs for popular anime series like Red Data Girl and Rozen Maiden, as well as the 3DS game 7th Dragon III Code:VFD.
