Ai Tomioka, born on October 6, 2002, in Tokyo, Japan, is a singer-songwriter known for her contributions to pop music. She began her musical journey during her middle school years when she started practicing guitar after being inspired by Taylor Swift's videos. By high school, Tomioka had begun writing lyrics and composing her own songs. In 2021, she launched her career on social media and won the "Next Break Singer Discovery Audition" judged by Yui. Her first single, "ã©ãã³ãã§ã«" (Rapunzel), was released in April 2022 under Victor Entertainment. Tomioka's debut album, Koi suru wakusei "Anata", was released on February 14, 2024, featuring notable tracks such as "jealousy" and "I wanna". Tomioka's subsequent album, Ai'sCREAM, was released on November 12, 2025.
